The space

Spacious property will meet and exceed your families’ vacation rental expectations. Our backyard features high walls ensuring peace and privacy while also allowing access to striking mountain views.

Pull up to the property where you will notice an attached garage that is available to guests and provides 2 contained parking spaces while the driveway offers an additional 2 parking spaces to our guests.

Step into the light and airy kitchen featuring stunning granite counter tops and a large center island with bar stools. Smell the coffee percolating while you whip up a round of scrambled eggs and pancakes on the 5-burner gas stove. Toss a pan of bacon in the oven and soon all the family will start gathering. The kitchen also includes additional standard appliances such as a Fridge/Freezer and dishwasher to meet all your culinary/dining needs. In addition to the coffee maker referenced earlier, this kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore, there are table settings and glassware available for at least 8 people.

When it is time to dine, a cozy white modern table located directly off the kitchen comfortably seats up to 6 individuals. An additional 3 bar stools located at the island counter provide additional seating options.

Afterwards, a short jaunt outside offers an impressive peak into the splendor of desert living. The backyard includes plenty of grass for the kids to run around and burn energy. The covered patio provides a nice shady retreat for those who need to cool off for a bit. As the sun sets, Relax around the fire table with a glass of wine while the smell of a juicy steak (cooking on the gas grill) entices you enjoy a family dinner under the stars.

For those who prefer a little indoor relaxation, this property offers free wifi and air conditioning/heating to guarantee that you are able to enjoy all the comforts of home.

Looking to sneak away for an afternoon nap? The luxurious and spacious Master Suite features a king-sized bed, large flatscreen TV and overlooks the private backyard and stunning mountain views. For your comfort, all three bedrooms offer ceiling fans, perfect for those who enjoy a slight breeze to aid in sleep comfort.

The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and a walk-in closet to appease over-packers.

Bedroom 3 includes a Full over Full bunk bed (Top bunk weigh capacity 200lbs) A trundle bed is located directly underneath the bed frame providing additional sleeping options within this bedroom.

A fully-equipped laundry room with high-efficiency washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available on premise to fit all of your personal cleaning needs.

Contact manager for possible clubhouse amenities (access to fitness center, billiard room, meeting room to host a club event, ballroom, table tennis, catering kitchen, outdoor pool/spa, as well as a wading pool and playground for children).

** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM, local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No, guest will be provided with a code for our digital lock attached to the front door of our home.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee make. We provide bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental is pet friendly, Please contact management if you have any questions. (Pet fee of $250 per pet to be paid prior to arrival).

PARKING: Our home has a two car garage and two designated spots in the driveway for a total of 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed and if guests have more then 4 cars, guests will have to park outside of community. Our HOA does not allow overnight street parking and if guests receive a citation for this, guests will be held liable for all administrative fees and fines as well as management time, which can be excess of $1500.
