House rules

Additional House Rules:
1. No swimming in lake when visiting.
2. No loud noise outside past 10PM (Per City Ordinance)
3. Respect the house and report all damages
4. (4) Vehicle strict Maximum
5. No overnight street parking. If you will have a vehicle parked in the street overnight, you are required to inform me prior to 10PM. You will be required to provide the make/model/color/and license plate number. If this information is not provided, guests will assume all responsibility and can be fined upward of $600 dollar per vehicle parked on the street. 5. No parties or events allowed without prior approval
6. No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed inside of the home.

The space

Situated in the desirable Terra Lago community, this 4-bedroom, 2 bath, 2,122 square foot house boasts luxury and comfort. Tile floors throughout the front half of the home eventually transition into engineered hardwood flooring in the back half, shifting the aesthetic to a cozier vibe where you can truly make yourself at home.

Enter the French doors to the left and find yourself inside an incredibly useful flex space that can serve as a formal living room, child’s play area or 4th bedroom option. Equipped with a plush, chocolate brown sectional sleeper sofa, guests can use this as an option to maximize sleeping arrangements.

Otherwise, this space also provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of your guests. It’s the ideal space for a playroom where kids can hide away, watch television, surf the wifi, play with toys and do all the kids things while the adults are able to enjoy peace and quiet of their own. Or, for those who may be required to work remotely during their stay, this room provides the perfect retreat where you can shut the doors and enjoy privacy and maximize productivity.

As you pass down the entry hallway, you’ll notice a butler’s pantry on the left. A nice touch providing additional storage space or perfect area to set up your vacation bar for easy access to all of your guests.

Enter the roomy, open kitchen adorned with trendy, white cabinetry, dramatic backlit backsplash and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Small windows underneath the upper cabinets allow additional light to spill into the kitchen keeping it bright and inviting. The large pantry doors provide ample space for you to store any groceries you may need to prep food for your stay. The enormous center island provides ample counterspace. Prepare your meals on one side while creating a buffet style arrangement for guests to serve them selves on the other side. Additionally, three, easy to clean, counter height bar stools offer additional seating options to the six-person formal dining table located adjacent to the kitchen.

When both your belly and your heart are full, retire to the plush sectional sofa or leather recliner just steps away. Grab your popcorn, flip on the tv and enjoy a relaxed movie night. Or crank up some mood music, flip on the gas fireplace, sink into cushions below and prepare for a rousing family game night. Charades? Pictionary? Spoons? Cards Against Humanity? Why pick just one? This room is spacious enough to accommodate even the most lively, spirited and physical game nights. Plenty of room for activities.

Ready to admit defeat (or retire while you’re still ahead) and seek sanctuary in your bedroom? Our Master Bedroom is the perfect place to gather much needed rest and replenish your pride. Decorated in a cozy, elegance, the King-sized bed, adorned with plush, ruched comforter guarantees you an evening of restful bliss. Slip into the Master Bathroom where you can dip into the soaking tub and enjoy a moment of peace and privacy. Or, if a quick rinse in the shower is more your thing, we have made that option available to you too.

Bedroom 2 contains a full-sized bed and chic, stylish décor to appeal to any audience.

A Full over Full bunkbed located in Bedroom 3 provides ample sleeping arrangements for up to 4 small children.

An additional bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

When you're not relaxing in the modern, open-concept interior, discover opportunities for further entertainment and relaxation in the open backyard. Good times await in the private backyard pool and elevated spa surrounded by a spacious concrete patio. Plenty of room for sunbathing or socializing with a refreshing beverage.

Whip up a quick, low maintenance meal on the gas grill and head over to the outdoor rattan dining to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Lush desert flora enhances the vacation ambiance, while also drawing attention from the tall, brick privacy wall behind it.

For our more active visitors, a leisurely stroll down the street leads to a 20 Acre lake located in the heart of our housing community. Enjoy the peaceful serenity of desert living while testing your luck at fishing (catch and release only). Or check your balance and coordination on a stand up paddle boarding or kayak.

Conveniently, the garage is accessible to our guests providing 2 parking spaces internally and an additional 2 spaces in the driveway.

Things to know

**Our HOA does not allow overnight street parking. Should guests receive a citation for this offence, guests will be held liable for all administrative fees and fines as well as management time, which can be excess of $1000**

For long-term renters (30 days or more), please contact manager for possible clubhouse amenities (access to fitness center, billiard room, meeting room to host a club event, ballroom, table tennis, catering kitchen, outdoor pool/spa, as well as a wading pool and playground for children).

** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM, local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Vacation Home home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $125/night. Cost to heat Spa is $45/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. We provide bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental does allow pets if a pet fee of $250 is paid per pet, two pet min. Please contact management if you have any questions.

PARKING: Our home has a two car garage and two designated spots in the driveway for a total of 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed and if guests have more then 4 cars, guests will have to park outside of community.
