The space

Our Home:

A formal dining room offers seating for 6 at a contemporary glass table beneath an industrial chandelier, while the spacious living room enjoys oversized sliding doors to the covered patio. A gourmet Chef’s kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, center island with beverage fridge, and elevated breakfast bar.

A large family room with a flat screen TV, fireplace, and ceiling fan is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the sun.

Bedroom 1:
The spacious primary suite boasts a lovely private bathroom with dual vanities, water closet, oversized glass shower, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2:
The second guest room features a built-in closet and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3:
Third guest room is a fantastic option for kids and teens, with both a large, upholstered bed and bunk beds, allowing this well-appointed home to comfortably sleep 8 guests.

Outdoor living space:
The backyard is an absolute dream, with a large sparkling pool, grassy area, and stunning views of the golf course. Go for a dip, soak up the sun in one of the chaise lounge chairs, or relax in the hot tub! A wonderful built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ sits just off the outdoor dining area and covered patio with ceiling fan.

Additional conveniences include an attached two car garage, golf cart, off street parking in the driveway, and a private gated entrance. ** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM, local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Vacation Home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. We provide bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental does allow pets if a pet fee of $250 is paid per pet, two pet min. Please contact management if you have any questions.

CAN I HEAT THE POOL AND SPA? Yes, Pool can be heated for a daily fee of $70 and $20 to heat the spa daily. We require 48 hours notice for pool heating since it does take 6-7 hours to heat the pool to 82-85 degrees.

· All Guests must respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
· No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
