The space
** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM, local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No, guest will be provided with a code for our digital lock attached to the front door of our home.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee make. We provide bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental is pet friendly, Please contact management if you have any questions. (Pet fee of $250 per pet to be paid prior to arrival).
PARKING: Our home has 3 designated spots in the driveway and two spots in the garage for a total of 5 vehicles. No street parking is allowed and if guests have more then 5 cars, guests will have to park outside of community. Our HOA does not allow overnight street parking and if guests receive a citation for this, guests will be held liable for all administrative fees and fines as well as management time, which can be excess of $1500.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100/night. Cost to heat Spa is $45/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
