Additional House Rules:
1. No swimming in lake when visiting.
2. No loud noise outside past 10PM (Per City Ordinance)
3. Respect the house and report all damages
4. (4) Vehicle strict Maximum 5. No over night street parking. If you will have a vehicle parked in the street overnight, you are required to inform me prior to 10PM. You will be required to provide the make/model/color/and license plate number. If this information is not provided, guests will assume all responsibility and can be fined upward of $600 dollar per vehicle parked on the street.
5. No parties or events allowed without prior approval
6. No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed inside of the home.

The space

Start your tour of the property with the start of the show. . . the backyard. In the well-manicured backyard you will find a patio comprised of brick pavers leading to a private pool. To your left, a coordinating brick privacy wall is draped in gorgeous greenery.

Comfortably dine alfresco underneath the covered patio with outdoor ceiling fans. The chic outdoor dining table with oversized, rattan armchairs provide a “vacation chic” vibe while also exuding comfort. Kick your feet up on the cozy outdoor sectional, throw back a rum and coke, and relax with Captain Morgan. The overhead ceiling fan is perfect for those who need a little reprieve from the afternoon desert heat. Saunter over to the thatch-roofed hut and throw some ribs on the gas bbq grill. Meanwhile, your guests can pony up to the bar in one of the swivel bar stools, pop open a cold brew and enjoy an afternoon Dodger’s game on the outdoor tv screen. As the sun sets, gather family and friends on your personal dock and watch the desert sky come to life. When you’re finished, watch the twinkling stars reflect off the crystal clear, glass-like lake below.

An enormous kitchen with tons of open counter space provides plenty of space for any food prep that you require during your stay. With access to a microwave,refrigerator/freezer, oven, toaster oven, stove and dishwasher, this kitchen will meet all your culinary prep needs. Directly off the kitchen is a round breakfast nook/bar area with considerable counter space and three rattan chairs for additional dining seating.

Gather in the living room fitted with two, beautiful leather-tufted armchairs as well as a comfy, cream sectional, offering an abundance of seating options for all your company. Picture the flames dancing within the beautiful gas fireplace with colonial-style mantle. To the right, a large tv sits amid built-ins ready for you to catch up on your favorite tv drama.

As dinner approaches, step into the coastal chic dining room which boasts seating for up to 10 people. Located underneath a white, farmhouse ladder strung with dangling tealights, the table setting boats a unique, magical charm all it’s own. The buffet table located perpendicular to the dining table is the perfect place to set all your serving dishes and allow your family to serve themselves.

With full bellies and an unforgettable day behind you, it'll be time for bed, so head indoors to the master suite for a blissful night's sleep. Sink into the soft, luxurious king-sized bed in the master and feel your stress drift away. A plethora of windows located in the bedroom turret-style architecture keeps the space light and bright with 180-degree views. . A private balcony, located directly off the Master Suite, showcases breathtaking views of the mountains and overlooks the lake below. The Master Bath is equally as impressive with dual sinks as well as an additional vanity space perfect for applying makeup. Take a dip in the extra-large bathtub or rinse off in the walk-in glass shower.

A second, extremely large bedroom is equipped with side-by-side queen-sized beds. Slide into to bed, switch on the overhead ceiling fan, flip on the tv, and drift off to a deep. peaceful sleep.

Bedroom three features a full-sized bed adorned with a precious patchwork quilt, fit for a prince or princess. An attached bath with walk-in shower/bathtub combo provides additional bathroom privacy for guests staying in this bedroom.

An upstairs desk space provides the perfect place for working remotely.

Things to know

For all of your laundering needs, an on-premise laundry room contains a front loading washer and dryer, as well as separate folding space and hanging dry rack.

For long-term renters (30 days or more), contact manager for possible clubhouse amenities (access to fitness center, billiard room, meeting room to host a club event, ballroom, table tennis, catering kitchen, outdoor pool/spa, as well as a wading pool and playground for children).

** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS** WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM, local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Vacation Home home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $125/night. Cost to heat Spa is $40/night. The cost to heat the spa will be included if you are heating the pool. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. We provide bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rental is not pet friendly, Please contact management if you have any questions.

PARKING: Our home has a two car garage and two designated spots in the driveway for a total of 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed and if guests have more then 4 cars, guests will have to park outside of community.
